Devin Moore released from Seahawks practice squad

Devin Moore released from Seahawks practice squad
According to a Rotoworld.com player update former Wyoming RB Devin Moore was cut from the Seattle Seahawks practice squad on September 30th. Moore was signed by the Seahawks in April as a non drafted free agent following the 2009 NFL Draft. In the preseason Moore lead the team with 45 rushes and 145 yards. He also had the only rushing TD for the Hawks during the preseason.
Instead the Seahawks are overpaying underachieving Julius Jones and over the hill Edgerrin James to try and run the ball with little success. They should at least give Justin Forsett some carries as he can actually accelerate out of the backfield.
Hopefully Moore will sign on with another team this season or keep working for a roster spot next year.
